Dramatic Society

St. Columba's Dramatic Society normally performs two plays per year, one in March and one in November. Rehearsals are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30 - 10pm. The group caters for all ages and is always happy to welcome new members. Members are not all necessarily required to act, there is plenty of scope for those who would rather help backstage or with props, lighting, front of house etc.

Our next production is "The Deil's Awa'" by Alan Cochrane at 7:30pm from Wednesday 12th to Friday 14th November in the large hall. "A Scots farce with mistaken identity, midnight excursions, illicit French brandy, an Exciseman, and plenty of laughs from start to finish."

For enquiries, please contact the group secretary via stcolumbasds@yahoo.co.uk, or visit the St. Columba's Dramatic Society website for further information about the group.
