Art Club

The Art Club meets from 10am - 12noon on Monday mornings in the large hall with accommodation for 26 members, and on Tuesdays in the small hall with accommodation for 21 members. We welcome artists of all abilities from beginners to confident experts.. Our emphasis is on friendship and fun while creating paintings of all shapes and sizes. There is normally a waiting list for membership, but we do have vacancies over the year

Church Exibition May 2011

Our Church Exhibition for 2010/2011, took place in the small hall from Wednesday 4 May to Sunday 8 May, 87 paintings were on view at the exhibition, covering a wide variety of topics. A total of 28 paintings were sold, along with greetings cards and a number of unframed paintings.

We would like to thank those who supported the exhibition which was in aid of Erskine, tne charity which provides nursing and medical care for ex-service men and women. The club raised £820 for Erskine during the exhibition.

Information for 2011 - 2012

The club meets from 10am - 12noon on Mondays in the large hall and Tuesdays in the small hall. Membership is payable at the start of each term and is £30 for the autumn term and £35 for the spring term.

Members are expected to assist in serving tea and coffee over the year on a rota basis..
